Cinco de Mayo

It's Cinco de Mayo today which is basically just a great reason to eat Mexican foods and have a bit of fun. So the hubby went to work after we got home from the gym.

He made us Tilapia tacos with all the fixins'. Fixins' included: red cabbage, red onion, fresh cilantro, cheese, homemade guac, and his secret special sauce. Can you say yummy!

Alright off to enjoy the rest of the night...although it appears to be later than I thought...
