I must say it was quite the workout! I definitely felt like a newbie, but tried to keep up as best as possible. I have a feeling most of the group goes to class regularly and knows what move is next- and I was just figuring it out as I went. My motto became 'just keep moving, even if it isn't right (and looks weird)'.
My Official Review: Two Thumbs Up! I don't know if I'm ready for crazy outfit and headbands that say ZUMBA all over them, but it was definitely a great way to break up my normal routine. And I can definitely say that Sabrina and I had fun shakin' our groove things!

No shame in staying away from the headbands, lady. I'm still deciding if I can even handle one for running for crying out loud. I figure in group-fitness classes, as long as you're still moving, it totally counts.
