Well obviously the kitchen is still under construction, but that is no reason not to bake a quick Tbatch of oatmeal cookies. Inspired by Tina over at Carrot N Cake I whipped up a quick batch with dried cherries and chopped up chocolate. The only change I made was substituting almond milk for the buttermilk since I don't keep milk in the house.
I bet you want one, right?
